Torque Sensor & IndicatorsWe, Sushma Industries are one of the well-known manufacturers and service providers of Torque Sensors, which are designed for the measurement of Torque transmitted from Power Tools, Pneumatic Tools etc and consists of specially designed steel structure that performs in a predictable & repeatable manner when Torque is applied. This torque is translated into an electrical signal by resistance change of strain gauges that are bonded to its structure. The change in resistance indicates the degree of deformation and intern load on the structure.
Sushma Torque Sensor applies four arm wheatstone's bridge circuit that works as an adding and subtracting electrical network and allows compensation for temperature effects (10 Deg. C to 50 Deg. Strain Gauge bridge type the strain gauge output wires are taken out & connected to 5-pin amphenol audio socket that enable to connect the sensor to the indicator through shielded cables. For Sushma Torque Sensor maximum overload will be 150% of the rated capacity & with 350 ohms bridge resistance at temperature in between 10°C to 50°C .

Digital Torque IndicatorsWe also manufacture, supply and offer unmatched quality of Digital Torque Indicator, which is a solid-state unit to measure torque directly in terms of nm, kgfm, ft-lbf. It is designed to operate in conjunction with low level millivolt signals from strain gauge bridges. Torque Sensor offers values in digital LED display with high resolution depending on 4½ or 3½ digits on Digital panel Meter with accuracy + 1 Digit.
The Sushma Indicators consist of input bridge balancing networks, highly stable D.C. power supplies for torque transducer excitation and amplification, a highly stable amplifier Peak hold circuitry and internal calibration facility. It operates on 230V 50Hz A.C. Mains. The inherent unbalance in the sensor bridge can be balanced out to zero by bridge balancing network comprising of a ten turn potentiometer across the bridge supply, the variable arm being connected to one end of the input amplifier through high stability resistors.
The supplies are derived from 230 Volts 50 HZ A.C Mains. The indicator is provided with a switch to select the clockwise or anti-clock wise measurement of torque values. Analog output is available across the recorder terminals either to connect to recorder or to an oscillograph or oscilloscope. Overall dimensions of the instrument will be 245 mm x 130 mm x 130mm & Rack mounting type.
